A: Please try alternate spellings or try spelling the name like it sounds,
You might also enter a nickname.
Q: Once I make my selections can I go back and change them later?
A: Yes. You can change and download new information into the phone as many
times as you want. Each time you open the CD ROM program, the selections you
previously make will be saved. Simply input new ones, save them, then
download to the Smart Phone using the USB cable provided.
Q: My child's birthday is February 29th, how can I select that date?
A: Unfortunately, the current version of this software does not include the
leap-year birth date. Choose the day you usually use to celebrate in
non-leap years, such as February 28th or March 1st ).

A: The current version of this software has spaces for four siblings only.

Q: How do I set times fo Barbie to call?
A: Go to Question 11 on your CD set-up and input times (between 8AM and 8PM)
when you would like Barbie to call your child. For example, if you want
Barbie to call after school but before dinner, input 4-6PM (or whatever time
appropriate for your family’s dining). Given the product’s built-in clock,
it is essential that, on Question 12, you input the correct date and time.
Q: Why does the phone ring every 5 minutes after my child plays with
it?
A: The phone is automatically responding to the fact that your child has
been playing with it. Since it is programmed to know that she is there and
playing, it automatically enhances the interactive and personalized
experience for the child. If you believe that the phone is ringing too
frequently, you may do one of two things:
